Customer Review ⚠️ I would not recommend Delta Sierra Mechanical. I had an AC unit installed by Delta Sierra Mechanical about five months ago, and unfortunately, the experience has been very disappointing. Shortly after the installation, the AC system leaked water and caused damage to my ceiling. The company sent someone out to make the repairs, but the repair work was unprofessional and poorly done, leaving me unhappy with the results. During the original installation, the workers also left my ceiling vents dirty, with fingerprints and marks throughout the surrounding ceiling areas. The vents were never properly cleaned or repainted. I was also promised an inspection of my AC system, but five months later, that inspection still has not been completed. I have repeatedly tried to resolve these issues by reaching out to Renelle, Janet, and the owner, Mark. On approximately five different occasions, I was promised that someone would call me back, but unfortunately, I never received a follow-up call. I have given the company multiple opportunities to address my concerns, but the lack of communication and follow-through has been extremely frustrating. Based on my personal experi

I highly recommend this company and can’t say enough about their customer service. I needed to have my whole house fan serviced because it was running but not providing cool air. The woman who answered the phone was so kind. She had an opening for Sunday but I was working so we decided on a Monday appt. She called me back a short time later and asked if I was available within the hour because they had a cancellation. I couldn’t believe my luck. I was so excited. My technician, Nick arrived shortly after. He was so kind and very professional. He was able to crawl up in my attic and see that the duct had come detached. He fixed it for me and now it works great. I am so grateful. I need a new a/c but can’t afford it till the beginning of the year so I rely heavily on this house fan. I will definitely be contacting them when I’m ready to purchase a new a/c.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't recommend Delta Sierra Mechanical enough! We recently had some issues with our AC and they sent out Chris to take a look. Chris was absolutely awesome. He was professional, super knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on without trying to upsell us on things we didn't need. It’s hard to find honest, high-quality service these days, but Chris nailed it. Our AC is running perfectly now. If you need mechanical or AC work done, definitely give them a call and ask for Chris! Honestly I can say that the customer service and work ethic of this company far outweighed my expectations. I had several bids from other local heat and air companies and some bad experiences. I will be recommending this company to anyone I know that is looking for a trustworthy and experienced heat and air company. Also the pricing was very fair and I am very happy with the quality of there work and attention to detail .

Best and honest company to work with by far A+ on my books. Mike, who is the company owner I believe he was amazing, very professional and courteous throughout my HVAC system replacement process. Communication from the company, including setting up an initial appointment and the professionalism is outstanding. I would also like to recognize Brendan, who was the lead tech for my unit replacement along with some of other employees they were all very punctual, professional, courteous, and made sure that my experience is nothing less than outstanding. I would also like to mentioned Henry Sanchez he was the initial tech at my place, I would give him the credit for leaving a lasting and strong positive first impression for me to make my decision to proceed with the work with this company.

On time, professional and very knowledgeable of products and services. Took the time to go into details and explain things accurately and thoroughly. Really a breath of fresh air compared to others I've used. The rep Henry was great. He showed a great representation of Delta Sierra.
